Our past special guests:
A New York-based a cappella group that specializes in a range of genres. The group takes the stage around the nation at performing arts centers, corporate events, music festivals, schools, and more!
A Cappella Central was created to give singers an opportunity to learn the art of a cappella singing in a positive and upbeat atmosphere. Our talented a cappella coaches from across Fairfield County aim to help students improve their vocal technique, music reading skills, beatboxing, choreography, and stage presence. At the end of every program, we give our students the opportunity to perform the repertoire they have been rehearsing for family, friends and the community.
To accommodate different ages and skill levels, our programs are divided into two groups, an upper and lower camp, each with its own repertoire and daily schedule. Both upper and lower campers will have the opportunity to perform in our final concert. Our upper campers will have a special opportunity to work with our faculty on how to best prepare for school auditions in the fall! College ensemble audition preparation is also available for seniors in college who are interested.
