To register, please submit the form below electronically, and submit a check for $675. Checks should be made payable to "Camp A Cappella CT" and mailed to the address below. Please be sure to write your child's name in the memo portion of the check.

Complete registrations will be acknowledged via email when your check is received. Acceptance into the program is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.

Cancellation policy:

Before September 15, full refund of tuition. After September 15, no refunds for any reason.

Parent Authorization and Waiver Form

I, the parent/guardian of the student(s) listed above, agree to allow my child to participate in A Cappella Central's 2023-2024 Fall Program. I release and agree to hold harmless Camp A Cappella CT and its faculty from any claims of damage or loss (including but not limited to physical injury and property damage) that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in Camp A Cappella CT. Further, I acknowledge that participation in Camp A Cappella CT is conditional upon compliance with all rules and policies established by Camp A Cappella CT. Camp A Cappella CT reserves the right to exclude any camper from participating in the program who demonstrates behavior that is disruptive or unacceptable to the director of the program, and under these circumstances, the camper will not be entitled to a refund of tuition.

Medical Release

In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I give permission for the staff of A Cappella Central to secure medical treatment for my child.

Photo Release

I acknowledge that participants in the program may be photographed or filmed, and I consent to allow A Cappella Central/Camp A Cappella CT to use my child’s picture and likeness for promotional purposes without further consideration.
